Environment-specific managed support
Steady-state coverage for the infrastructure we know — MACDs, escalation, lifecycle, and operational hygiene — structured around your environment, not a generic seat package.

VRTG’s lead identity is specialty systems integration: networking, unified communications, and security. Managed IT is how we stay in the environment after those wins — not a helpdesk we lead with.
When we take ongoing support, it is scoped to your stack: Microsoft 365, Azure, and the infrastructure we already understand. Senior engineers. No junior resources on senior problems.

Steady-state coverage for the infrastructure we know — MACDs, escalation, lifecycle, and operational hygiene — structured around your environment, not a generic seat package.
Identity, collaboration, and tenant operations that sit next to your network and voice estate, so M365 changes don’t get treated as a separate island.
Practical Azure coverage for the workloads and networking you actually run — with the same engineers who understand how cloud traffic meets campus and security.
A senior path when something is wrong, plus firmware, licensing, and refresh planning so the environment doesn’t drift into unsupportable.
Managed coverage that can hand work to the Networking, Unified Communications, or Security practice without a new vendor story every time the problem is specialized.
Attached managed
Ongoing support after a networking, UC, or security engagement
Scoped ongoing
Defined coverage for M365, Azure, or a known infrastructure estate
Escalation overlay
You keep general IT support; VRTG owns senior escalation
Stabilization
Bring an inherited environment under control before a longer model
Managed IT is typically attached after a specialty network, voice, or security engagement — once we understand the environment. It is not our lead offer.
Ongoing support at VRTG is built on production work we already stand behind. After a specialty engagement, the same engineers can stay with the environment. See how we approach production-aware infrastructure in our manufacturing campus switching case study.
Land-and-expand, not MSP-first
We earn the environment through specialty work. Managed coverage is the follow-on, not the brand.
Same practitioners
The people who design the stack can support it — no junior ticket mill on senior problems.
Stack-aware support
M365, Azure, and infrastructure in context with campus, voice, and security.
Flexible ownership
Full coverage or an escalation overlay alongside an existing helpdesk — ownership stays clear.
Managed IT is a real practice here, but it is not our lead identity. VRTG is a specialty systems integrator. Ongoing support is typically how we stay after a network, voice, or security engagement.
No. Many clients keep general IT support and use VRTG for senior escalation and the specialty estate. We can also take a broader managed scope when that is the better fit.
It depends on the environment. Common coverage includes Microsoft 365, Azure, and infrastructure operations for the systems we know — plus a defined escalation path. We do not sell a one-size ticket package.
A project is right when you have a defined design, migration, or refresh. Managed coverage is right when you want the same engineers on the environment after that work is in production.
That is not the fit we optimize for. If the need is cheapest-seat helpdesk coverage with no specialty infrastructure work, we will say so.

Let’s discuss what you already have in place and whether an attached managed model is the right next step.
